AirPilot Home is not the official app from Südwind or Ambientika. The app uses an existing compatible device account to make zones easier to understand and control.

If live status is missing, first check whether the ventilation units are reachable in the manufacturer app. Then restart AirPilot Home and reconnect the home.

Which devices can I connect?
AirPilot Home currently supports Südwind Ambientika Smart. Models controlled only by remote, wired controller or local control cannot be connected.
Do I need an Ambientika account?
Yes. The devices must already be set up and reachable through a compatible manufacturer account.
Why is live status sometimes missing?

Are statistics stored?
When statistics are enabled, AirPilot Home stores aggregated measurements so trends can be shown in the zone dashboard.
Can I use custom scenes?
Yes. Scenes can be started manually or linked to rules. You can adjust their name, icon, appearance and behavior.
What should I do when zones look wrong?
First check room and zone names in the manufacturer app. AirPilot Home imports the connected home structure and adds its own presentation layer.
