Terms

These terms apply to the use of AirPilot Home. The German version remains authoritative.

1. Scope of service

AirPilot Home helps you control compatible ventilation units, save scenes and show recommendations based on available device, temperature and sensor data.

Feature availability can depend on device type, software version, network, user account, location, operating system and third-party services.

2. AirPilot Pro

AirPilot Pro may be offered as lifetime access per home. A home means one private household or residential unit where compatible ventilation units are controlled together.

Cloud features such as automations, schedules, push notifications, logs and background checks are included as long as they can be operated by AirPilot Home in a technically, legally and economically reasonable way.

3. Third-party infrastructure

AirPilot Home uses existing technical interfaces, cloud services or infrastructure from third parties where required for device control or status display. We cannot control whether such access remains available or changes over time.

4. Recommendations and automations

Recommendations, scenes and automations support convenient operation. They do not replace professional assessment of indoor climate, ventilation planning, humidity, building conditions or device safety.
